About the construction project
The Belén Business Center (BBC) is a construction project with a very special meaning for Instatec, because it represented a constructive logistics challenge.
Initially, we carried out the first stage that included Tower 1 with external works, but almost simultaneously we worked on the internal remodeling of Align Tower 1, with a range of 6 complete levels to be carried out in a very tight time.
The general developed area of 9.600 m2 of internal work, plus the external works, represented the beginning of what today groups 3 office towers, annexing a parking building.
We are pleased to have received the trust of our clients in this important work.
